Vision Community Church Ministry Staff

Benje Graves - Senior Pastor:

Pastor Graves has been in full-time ministry for 24 years. He and his wife Michele traveled extensively for fourteen years doing music ministry, evangelism, and teaching before planting the Marsing church ten years ago. Through the Lifeline music ministry they have distributed many thousands of music CD’s as well as roughly 40,000 teaching CD’s and publications. His commitment to being real and authentic while applying real biblical truth to practical daily life is an inspiration to the church fellowship.

Derrick Farrell - Associate Pastor:

Pastor Derrick has been in full-time ministry for the past six years. He is a dynamic preacher and also serves as our primary Youth Pastor. Derrick brings great depth, compassion, and commitment to the pastoral ministry for all ages. His wife Heather is one of out primary musicians and works as our office administrator. Derrick is very gifted in teaching and discipleship as well.

Jeff Padgett - Senior Pastor:
Pastor Jeff brings a strong knowledge of the Bible and a tremendous concern for God’s people to the ministry of VCC. He is an outstanding preacher and teacher with a wonderful ability to convey God’s grace to others. Jeff also has great musical talent and brings the same passion to that area of ministry.

Steve Jolley - Associate Pastor:
Pastor Steve and his wife Sue have been serving in the ministry with us for the past ten years. They bring solid and exciting music, preaching, and pastoral care to the ministry of VCC. Steve also heads up our benevolence ministries, such as the food bank and bread line that feed up to 100 families each week.
